Kamala Research Journal is a Peer reviewed, Refereed, multidisciplinary journal with Marathi, English and Hindi languages. The Journal aims at publishing research papers that can be theoretical and application oriented. The basic aim of the journal is to encourage research on new development in the field of Education, Humanities Social Science, Commerce, Law and various Interdisciplinary subjects etc. All the articles published in this issue are properly reviewed by the panel of referees and I believe that we are successful in maintaining the standard of journal. We appreciate the efforts of the article writers and sure that they will sustain and enhance their research culture. Our journal embodies the values of intellectual growth, academic integrity. We aim to nurture both emerging & established scholars offering space for thoughtful exploration, innovation & debate.

Tararani Vidyapeeth, the Parent Institute of KAMALA COLLEGE, was established in the year 1945 by the Late Hon. Dr. V.T. Patil, the Founder President of the institution with a cherished mission of catering to the needs of WOMEN’S EDUCATION, the most neglected aspect of our society. Kamala College is the only women’s college in the city of Kolhapur. On
16th June, 1984. Chief Minister of Maharashtra State Hon. Shri Vasantdada Patil inaugurated the college. Along with the traditional courses like B.A. and B. Com. College has introduced skill oriented courses such as B.C.A., B.Voc., P.G. Diploma in Yoga Therapy and Post Graduate courses such as Home Science, English and Yog Shashtra. To enhance the Research Culture in education we decided to Publish our own Research Journal, named as ‘Kamala Research Journal’.
